ELECTROLYTIC AND PLASMA PROCESSING OF METAL PRODUCTS
Equipment of the electrolytic and plasma polishing (EPP) is the multipurpose equipment, applied to processing of the metal products having both simple, and difficult superficial geometry. Introduction of the EPP installation at many enterprises of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus of our production allowed to achieve excellent real, economic and competitive results at production of a big row of products: heated towel rails, radiators, brass mixers, medical products (needles, supports, subscales), products for the food industry, the pump equipment, capacities of different function, the vacuum equipment, the high-strength tool, elements of scenery, ware and many other things …

Development of technology of electrolytic and plasma processing of needles and the tool for ophthalmologic operations that allowed without efforts to clean all metal and nonmetallic inclusions (roughnesses, agnails, garbage) at tool production became big achievement.
The equipment of EPP is applied to finishing operation of processing of figurine products; allows to make removal of agnails and a rounding off of sharp edges of a various type of products in slozhnodostupny places for the ordinary tool; gives a smooth surface of the processed products; increases quality of a surface of processed products; provides a necessary surface for further drawing a covering, etc.
Now technologies are developed for processing of figurine products from corrosion-proof and low-alloyed carbonaceous staly, copper, brass, bronze, cupronickel, aluminum and its alloys, the titan and his alloys of imnogy other conducting materials.
The new approach developed by us to production of installations, and also introduction of the latest accessories allowed to reach decrease in time of processing of products twice in comparison with our competitors. For work on the EPP installation it isn't required to have the highly skilled personnel (process is completely automated). There are no problems with solution utilization, as at electrochemical processing.
